The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
The seal is broken or packaging is damaged after delivery
It is requested beyond 7 days of delivery

The product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
