At Rivoff, we maintain strict return rules to ensure product quality and hygiene.
Returns Not Accepted If:

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

The seal is broken or packaging is damaged

The request is made after 7 days of delivery
Returns Accepted If:

The product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Refunds:

Processed once the return is received and inspected

If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
